OEKO TEX® STANDARD 100

OEKO TEX® STANDARD 100

STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is a certification that ensures that textiles and accessories such as sewing thread and zips are free from harmful chemicals. It sets higher standards than Danish and EU legislation and is a good choice for those who want health and environmentally friendly textiles. The criteria are updated monthly according to new knowledge and legal requirements.

GLOBAL ORGANIC TEXTILE STANDARD

GLOBAL ORGANIC TEXTILE STANDARD

The GOTS certification guarantees that the textile consists of 95-100% organic fibres, while the rest can be, for example, zippers or elastic bands. It covers the entire supply chain from farm to finished product. Factories are checked with unannounced visits to ensure the absence of harmful chemicals.

EU ECOLABEL

EU ECOLABEL

The EU Ecolabel is the official European eco-label backed by the authorities. The label sets strict requirements for the environmental impact of the entire product - from production to consumption. It ensures that nature and the environment are spared from harmful chemicals throughout the product's life cycle.

THE NORDIC SWAN ECOLABEL

THE NORDIC SWAN ECOLABEL

The Nordic Swan Ecolabel is the official Nordic Ecolabel and sets requirements for the entire product life cycle - from raw materials to waste and recycling. It ensures low environmental impact through strict requirements for both chemistry and quality, so products last longer and have less impact on the environment.

ASTHMA ALLERGY NORDIC

ASTHMA ALLERGY NORDIC

The Asthma Allergy Nordic certification is a guarantee that the product does not contain fragrances that can cause allergies, eczema and other allergens. Before a company can use the asthma and allergy label on its products, all the product's raw materials are thoroughly reviewed and tested.

ECOCERT

ECOCERT

EcoCert is an international certification of products that meet high environmental and social standards. For a product to be EcoCert certified, at least 95% of the content must be natural, non-toxic and biodegradable. The certification is used for textiles, cosmetics and wood/paper products, among others.

DOWNPASS

DOWNPASS

The DOWNPASS certification guarantees that the filling material is sourced from animal ethical conditions. With DOWNPASS certification, nature, environment and animal welfare go hand in hand. The value chain of all DOWNPASS-certified down products can be viewed and traced on the DOWNPASS website.

DOWNAFRESH GREENLINE

DOWNAFRESH GREENLINE

Downafresh greenLine is an organic labelling that ensures that down and feathers meet high hygiene requirements. Certified companies are regularly checked by laboratories and must document both the origin and treatment process of the down.

NOMITE

NOMITE

The NOMITE certification guarantees a down-proof bolster that prevents dust mites from penetrating the seams of pillows and duvets. The NOMITE certification is a great help for house dust allergy sufferers and anyone else who wants to avoid future house dust allergies.

FSC

FSC is a global certification that ensures that the wood or paper product originates from responsible forestry. FSC aims to create a better future for the world's forest areas by ensuring the diversity of species with three parameters in the forest - social, economic and environmental responsibility.

DANISH INDOOR CLIMATE LABELLING

DANISH INDOOR CLIMATE LABELLING

The Danish Indoor Climate Label is a voluntary labelling scheme that sets requirements for the product's impact on the indoor climate with an upper limit for harmful chemical substances that off-gas and seep into the home to the detriment of health and general well-being.
